I'm Lyrid / Miles - a UK based artist and cosplayer who enjoys crafting across a span of pursuits!My artwork is heavily inspired by fantasy, and my work spans original characters as well as TTRPG characters. I love bringing characters to life- from the monstrous to the elegant!Embroidery art is also a passion project of mine, where often my work covers both the natural world, and the more macabre- the beauty in the darkness, with pieces inspired by diaphonisation, skeletons and medical diagrams.Sewing and Cosplay are also very dear to me, and I have experience creating a variety of garments for myself, and for other people. I also have competed multiple times, and hold several awards- particularly for craftsmanship, which has led me into opportunities to judge cosplay competitions.. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁.I also am passionate about making art and costuming/sewing accessible to all, particularly being inspired by my own mental health struggles, and by many wonderful people around me.

Have covered a variety of complex costumes- including Raphael and Astarion from BG3. ✧ Awards: Carries several awards in Craftsmanship, such as Best Craftsmanship in Megacon London. ✧ Judging: Judge at Megacon London 2026 for the Cosplay Masquerade, judged across all categories including craftsmanship and performance. ✧ Sewing Alterations: Carried out in my local area. ✧ Prop Work: Creating a variety of complex and simple props, such as Warden's staff from IDV. ✧ Personal Cosplay: Creates a variety of costumes for myself, and close friends, for characters we adore. |
